How is it Made? (The Hand-Made Secret)
Most of the clothes you wear today are made by giant, fast machines in factories. But Kamalia Khaddar is different. It is hand-spun and hand-woven.
The Cotton: It starts with soft, white fluffy cotton from the fields.
The Spinning Wheel: People use a wooden spinning wheel called a Charkha to turn that cotton into long threads.
The Loom: These threads are then taken to a big wooden machine called a Pit Loom. A weaver sits there and moves their hands and feet to weave the threads together into cloth.
